Version 2026-10-24 · Effective 24 October 2026 · Part of the Terms of Use
This page is for tuition agencies whose channel is listed, students, parents and families described in a post, tutors, and rights holders. We want to hear from you, and we would rather remove a channel than argue about it.
How the site works, in one paragraph
The site reads the public web preview of a fixed list of public Telegram channels (t.me/s/<channel>), shows brief extracted details of each post with a link back to the original, and keeps nothing: there is no database or archive, only a 5-minute cache at our hosting provider's edge. The original post lives on Telegram under the agency's control. Removing it from this site does not remove it from Telegram; for that, contact the agency that posted it or use Telegram's own reporting tools.
What we can do
Remove a whole channel from our allowlist. After the next deployment (usually within a day of our decision) the site stops fetching that channel entirely, and anything cached expires within 5 minutes. This is the normal remedy, and the only one we can offer for individual posts, because we do not store posts and therefore cannot delete one post selectively from a live channel.
Correct how we describe a channel or agency on the site, if anything is wrong.
Stop displaying a particular field (for example, a type of detail that should not be extracted), if the problem is in how we parse rather than in the source.
Who can ask, and for what
Agency / channel owner: you may ask us to stop reading your channel at any time, for any reason. We will do it. You do not need to give a reason.
Student, parent or family member described in a post: tell us which channel and post, and we will remove the channel or work with you on the quickest effective fix. Please also ask the agency to edit or delete the original post, since that is where the information is published.
Rights holder (copyright or trade mark): identify the work, where it appears on the site, and your right to it.
Anyone with a privacy, accuracy, safety or legal concern about the site.
What to send
Email tuitioncentres@protonmail.com with:
the channel name (as shown on the site or in the t.me/ link) and, if relevant, the link to the specific post;
who you are in relation to the content (agency representative, parent of the student, the student, rights holder, other) and, for an agency, something that shows you speak for the channel (for example, a message from the channel's official contact or a post in the channel referring to your request);
what you want (remove the channel, correct a description, other) and briefly why;
a way to reply to you.
Please do not send us more personal data than necessary; we do not need identity documents, and we will delete your email once the matter is closed.
What we will do, and how fast
We aim to acknowledge within 7 days and to act within 14 days of a complete request. Channel removals requested by the channel owner are usually done sooner.
For a plausible request from an agency or a data subject we will remove first and ask questions later. If we cannot verify a request that would affect other users' access, we may ask for more information before acting.
We will tell you what we did. We will not publish your request or your details.
If we decline a request, we will explain why. You may then raise the matter with the Personal Data Protection Commission (pdpc.gov.sg) for personal-data matters, or seek independent legal advice.
Reports of misuse by users
If someone has used information from this site to contact, harass or re-publish information about you or your family, please report it to the Singapore Police Force and tell us; our Terms of Use forbid such use and we will block the user where we can identify them. Note that we hold no user accounts or logs, so our ability to identify users is very limited.
